Resident 'Do Not Knock' Registration

Welcome to the City of North Royalton’s "Do Not Knock" Registry. The City of North Royalton receives numerous complaints about unwanted solicitors, vendors and canvassers. Subsequently, solicitors, vendors and canvassers seeking funding will be prohibited from approaching residential homes that have expressly requested to be listed on the City’s Do Not Knock Registry**.

Any information we receive may be considered public information which is subject to disclosure under the public records law.

Note: Information provided to solicitors, vendors and canvassers will include your address and street name only.

** Not all solicitation is prohibited by the Do Not Knock Registry.

Residents can sign up for the Do Not Knock Registry at the North Royalton Police Department, City Hall or here on the City’s web site. Your information in the Do Not Knock Registry will remain active for a period of five years at which time residents will need to re-register.
